This place was absolutely incredible! Talk about a mind-blowing location! I could easily leave my car and explore on foot or public transport, with the train station just a short walk away. And let's not forget the stunning woodland walk to Dawlish Warren! The accommodation was exactly what I expected, with easy access to and from the motorway. Tricia, the host, was so welcoming and helpful, providing me with all the local knowledge and information I needed. I had the most amazing stay and would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again. Plus, the free wi-fi, free parking, flat-screen TV, jacuzzi. And no smoking on site was definitely a bonus. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed hopping on and off the train, experiencing different coastal locations. There were also two local pubs within a 5-minute walk that served delicious food. Our host, Tricia, was very welcoming and made our stay even more enjoyable. The highlight of our stay was definitely the hot tub, which provided a relaxing way to unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The views of the sea were breathtaking, and the peaceful and quiet atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

This lovely little chalet was mind-blowing! Trica, the host, was super friendly and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, we were treated to scones, jam, cream, cakes, and chocolate biscuits. The view from the chalet was jaw-dropping, with a stunning vista of Exmouth Beach, especially at night. Plus, there were two local pubs within walking distance, serving delicious food. Although we didn't use it, having a hot tub was a fantastic bonus. The location was perfect for exploring the Dawlish coastline, with the train station and ferry just a 20-minute walk away. We hopped on and off along the coast, and the two local pubs near the accommodation added to the convenience. Trish, our host, was incredibly welcoming, and the hot tub was a welcome relaxation after a day of sightseeing. The property's location was also ideal for us, as we wanted to leave the car behind and explore on foot or by public transport. Tricia was very helpful with local knowledge and information. We cannot recommend this apartment enough; the sea views were beautiful, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, and the hot tub was simply wonderful.
